Conconully Museum

“The Conconully Museum opened in 2003. Visitors can view the past when Conconully was the county seat and one of the largest county towns in the early 1900s. In 1903 Japanese photographer Frank Matsura arrived and worked here for several years before moving to Okanogan.

Inside the museum a series of dioramas, models, photographs and displays of relics tell the Okanogan story from early geological to modern times. Outside visit our outdoor Old West town of the early 1900s and south past the Wilson Research Center visit a replica of the Old Okanogan Fire Station with a vintage fire engine and other artifacts from the time period. Call 509-422-4272 for museum’s opening and closing dates and hours.
